2. Brakes. Only two widgets are running in the background (favorite contacts and Yandex). 15 contacts approximately in a network happens in the evening.

OS is an operating system. She decides how and when the application needs to be thrown out of the background, or killed. Perhaps to save battery. In any case, the future version with Push Notifications will remove this problem.
