The problem I mentioned inby thisPost decided to switch to another firmware, the problem turned out to be not in the laucher.
Weekends made it possible to compare the work of Novy, Trebushet and Apex. When the desktop was deliberately overloaded with folders, widgets (weather links, YouTube sites, etc.), the Apex lost its first smoothness (the responsiveness to a light touch disappeared when scrolling widgets and tables). At Apex, on par with Trebushet, 1-5 sec appeared. thoughtfulness when moving from the table to the menu and back.
In addition, Nova with widgets worked with the "go", and Apex only after following the "Installation Guide No. 2" from the cap. And with any method of updating Apeha (from the market or Guide No. 2), the phone was thrown into a cyclic reboot which was treated by flashing (a feature of my firmware is possible).
As a result, while leaving for Nova.
P.S. These are my observations which are based on firmwares for the GHS that are not brought up to 100% readiness and the TTX of the apparatus itself, which are modest to date.
