Sets the button; there may be several sections
variables:
type = see below
file_up = file.ext - the name of the bitmap file for the pressed button
file_down = file.ext - the name of the bitmap file for the pressed button
id = value - button identifier, can take values: 1 - raise the pipe, 2 - put the pipe, 3 - close the window, 4 - turn off the call
posP = x, y - coordinates of the upper left corner in portrait mode (if not present, the photo is not displayed in portrait mode)
sizeP = w, h - width and height in portrait mode (if not present, the photo is not displayed in portrait mode)
posL = x, y - coordinates of the upper left corner in landscape mode (if absent, the value for portrait mode is used)
