As an option, free of charge and the presence of a card and speedometer on the record.
Free, like I saw a paid version, and yes, for sure, they write even in the program itself: buy a paid one with advanced features. So do not roll.
The map and the speedometer occupy space on the screen (although there is a speedometer, electronic, in mine too).
Now the cons:
1) does not divide in the background the record by file
2) on SGS2 higher than 800x480 does not write (green bars), but all registrars write this way, except for my
3) there is no Russian (Sino-non-English vinaigrette).
4) there are no settings for recording parameters (of the same bit rate)
5) there is no saving information about the same speed and time of shooting to look at the computer
6) huge pauses between files (on SGS2 - 3-5 seconds), but all the registrars are also affected by this, except mine again
7) the service that writes in the background does not create a preview window, so when you turn off the screens on many phones, the camera stops.
8) the service that writes in the background has the usual attribute, that is, the system will beat it up when you start a heavy Navitel, especially if the memory on the phone is 256 megs (and on 512 for sure too).
Enough for now. The only normal recorders on android so far: this is my and the Daily Roads Voyager (it has all the same disadvantages, except for 3, 5.7 and 8).
