Sorry, on 1 page I found how to remove the curvature of the screen, and now tell me how and what files to put into another firmware (I tried to unpack the image myself with imgRePacker, it gives me a constant opening error in English and another thing .... I tried different images ..
Losber @ 08.21.2012, 14:35*
effire_ColorBook_TR701_1.3m3.2.1_backgrounds_Georgia.img

I want to install this firmware for myself, if it is not difficult to tell if it is still possible to adjust the buttons in another firmware to mine, because. There are more buttons, not everything suits me, if so how)

All figured out the problem that imgRePacker gave an error, it was necessary that there were no Russian letters on the way to the file ...... unpacked the image of effire_ColorBook_TR701_1.3m3.2.1_backgrounds_Georgia.img pasted 2 files into it
Losber @ 08.22.2012, 13:25*
\ eGon \ Boot1.bin
\ eFex \ card \ card_boot1.fex

of
Losber @ 08.22.2012, 02:01*
LT-117_0714_recovery.img

Now just do the book does not function, there is a connection to the computer, but it does not show signs of life itself .... mb something is changing wrong?
I do it this way: I run runner.bat, I transfer the effire_ColorBook_TR701_1.3m3.2.1_backgrounds_Georgia.img file there, it unpacks it for me, then I repeat the same actions with LT-117_0714_recovery.img, then copy from LT-117_0714_recoraim I, i30.img. Boot1.bin and paste them into effire_ColorBook_TR701_1.3m3.2.1_backgrounds_Georgia.img in the same eGon \ Boot1.bin and \ Fex \ card \ card_boot1.fex folders, then again run runner.bat and transfer the already existing effire_ColorBook_TR717 folder there .2.1_backgrounds_Georgia.img.dump with replaced files .... an image is created, I flash the reader in this way .....

KpoHukcTry unPacker for unpacking and packing the firmware (I personally use this program, everything is simple enough!) Next, for unarchivingrootfs.az.isoI use the programUltraISO, and for subsequent archiving (after making the changes you need), you need to use the programrootfs_maker. By this linkFirmware devices on SoChip 8600/9800 (Post # 10562176)You can read how to use this utility. And finally, try, except for the files \ eGon \Boot1.binand eFex \ card \card_boot1.fex, transfer also from native firmwaredisplay.drvandtouchpanel.drvthat are in the rootfs.az \ drv folder
R.S. All necessary utilities (except UltraISO), attached to this message!

Attached fileramdisk_maker.rar(314.26 KB)
Attached filerootfs_maker.rar(201.18 KB)

If I understand correctly, on one of the third-party firmware you managed to pass the calibration. Then you need to take touchpanel.drv from that firmware and replace it in lexand firmware, and also set the same value data6 = (number) in the file<firmware file name>.img.dump \ eFex \ sys_config.fex
After that, you will pass the calibration, but only pdf will still be read.

How to deal with the "screen offset" I do not know, because there is no your factory firmware. Then just blindly go through different firmware and find one in which there will be no bias.

---
Try firmware from Texet TB-710HD, Texet TB-740HD, Effire ColorBook TR701, Oysters Readme 400, Ritmix RBK-430, Wexler Book T7005
it is almost impossible to kill a book if the firmware does not start up, that is, several recovery methods.

Losber @ 03/30/2013, 11:06 PM*
and also set the same value data6 = (number) ......

1) And where to get the value itself, or rather from where to get it?

2) There are no screen offsets in your firmware, but in those 2 that you laid out on page 1, but I cannot calibrate them in them ... can you put the color book firmware in such an outcome?
3) I tried the method
Sanja_180 @ 03/30/2013, 18:55*
in addition to the files \ eGon \ Boot1.bin and eFex \ card \ card_boot1.fex, transfer also display.drv and touchpanel.drv from the native firmware

The screen also does not show signs of life, but is displayed on the computer, it was the same when I simply did not replace the driver.
Sanja_180 @ 03/30/2013, 18:55*
\ eGon \ Boot1.bin and eFex \ card \ card_boot1.fex

so the question arises, is it possible in the color book firmware to leave its Boot 1 files, and try to replace only the driver ?!
Can this option work?

Let's link to the firmware in which there is no offset and to the firmware in which it is being calibrated and I will look.

Yes.

Here in this firmware calibration normally works for me
Improved modification of the firmware Effire ColorBook TR701 v1.3 with a reader from teXet
Although in this link all Texet `s and Effire` firmware calibrations work fine and everyone has a screen mix
Effire ColorBook TR701 Firmware
But the links that do not have the screen offset but the calibration does not work (after 4 clicks on the corners, the refusal does not want to press the center)

1) I tried to replace only the driver without touching
KpoHukc @ 03/30/2013, 23:39*
\ eGon \ Boot1.bin and eFex \ card \ card_boot1.fex

It turned out endless calibration ....

2) I tried to replace only 1 screen driver without touching the touchpanel.drv driver and also without adding Boot1 files
KpoHukc @ 03/30/2013, 18:55*
display.drv

It turned out to pass the calibration but the screen offset did not disappear ....

3) I tried 2 actions again, but only with the replacement of the driver touchpanel.drv by "Workable" from this topic (I tried all 5 drivers):
Discussion Texet TB-710HD
Driver archives came up: drv2, drv4
(they are calibrated with them, but the screen offset still remains)

4) Well, as I understand it remains only to try to flash
Losber @ 03/30/2013, 11:06 PM*
Try firmware from Texet TB-710HD, Texet TB-740HD, Effire ColorBook TR701, Oysters Readme 400, Ritmix RBK-430, Wexler Book T7005

Or still hope thatlosberandSanja_180will deal with this problem .....: happy:
By the way, if it's not difficult, you can throw off links with these firmware ..?

PSI would have set myself the original firmware from Lexand, replacing the touchpanel driver in it, and most likely everything would work fine, I was not even embarrassed by the fact that PDF formats would only be read, But I just liked this firmware so much that I will hope that we will figure out how to put it :)

As planned, the original firmware with the replacement of the driver touchpanel.drv (replaced by drv2) got up successfully, there are no problems with the sensor, it only reads PDF .....
Lexand-LT 117 modified firmware
The truth is, there is 1 "But" .... when you install the firmware, then you just go to the black screen, without a picture, and then immediately calibrate ...

Two experimental options:
effire_ColorBook_TR701_2_Lex_v1.img

effire_ColorBook_TR701_2_Lex_v2 (2) .img

at your peril. I hope you can recover in case of unsuccessful firmware?

In the first version, display.drv, touchpanel.drv,shell.zgj (in \ apps \ ramdisk.iso) - it starts the system and turns on the screen in the desired mode
In the second variant, besides those listed in the first one, replaced the eGon \ Boot1.bin and eFex \ card \ card_boot1.fex loaders

I tried these firmware ... (You apparently moved the touchpanel.drv file from the Lexand`a firmware, again there was an endless calibration .. I changed it to work)
In general, 1 firmware went well, the system load seemed, but the screen did not fall into place, and 2 did not go at all, more precisely, like the last time, there is a connection to the computer, and the screen does not function ...
I think that's what this firmware is probably like ?! Perhaps if we take another firmware as a basis and change everything in it, will it possibly go? What do you think about this idea?

Do not do anything without firmware. Or look for a firmware in which there will be no image shift.
Once again, the firmware posted here for lexand old lots with a different hardware filling. They are not suitable for donation.
And the idea of transferring files is workable, you need only factory firmwareFirmware devices on SoChip 8600/9800 (Post # 19711019)

Ployer V10 firmware did not try to install? Here they write that it fitshttp://player.ru/showthread.php?t=99385&am...ll=1#post975201

You can get the firmware hereWexler Book T7005 - firmware

I'm thinking, if some of the firmware still got up, and there is no screen offset, can it take files from Ployer, and just try to replace it with another firmware?

And another option .... If I find more people who have a Lexand LT-117 book and there is an original firmware on it (which reads all formats and no problems with the screen), then how can I remove the image of this firmware so already for example in the future to work with her ...?

I have the source driver for the main display.drv mode, but they are not enough, since the display configuration is written in the boot driver (it is responsible for displaying the boot image when it is turned on or animated during a flashing). The source of the boot driver is not provided, without them I can not rebuild \ eGon \ Boot1.bin

Download DebugViewhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896647and run it, let it work. Flush LiveSuit with problematic firmware (in your case, Ployer V10), you get an error. Then go to the program DebugView, save to the file what happened and attach it in the message on the forum.
Most likely in the Ployer V10 firmware is incompatible for your flash memory \ eFex \ usb \ tools.fex, you can try to take it from another firmware. For example, Effire or Texet. But first you need to look at the DebugView log.

If interested, here is the mechanism of the two drivers:

Try it. Replaced that need. Is that the calibration themselves figure it out if it does not go.

I have a Lexand LT-117 book and there is an original firmware on it, which is without checking for the presence of a security chip (crypto chip) on the board. Now the book reads all formats and there are no problems with the screen!
Once again, the crypto chip is not worth it, but it works!
The manufacturer of such firmware in the open access will never lay out.
If you pour in the existing firmware that checks for the presence of cryptographic encryption (to protect the firmware), all the above symptoms will occur. As, however, it turns out that most of the owners of this book.
The book will be in my limited time.
1. How to remove the image of this firmware ??? I will try to merge the NAND Flash dump on the programmer ...
2. How then to separate flies from cutlets? In the same place spare area and broken blocks !!!
3. Is there any bakuper via usb for Boxchip F15 or the ability to merge firmware via LiveSuite?

By the way, not a few important information .....
Problem solving: what to do if the book does not turn on, is not determined by the computer, how to restore, revive the device:
Trouble-free flashing method from losber (fitted for Lexand devices)
Trouble-free way of flashing in any software state (including brick, cyclic reboot, etc.) in the reader
1. Launch LiveSuit, select the file of a workable firmware, click SysUpdate. A warning pops up - click OK.
2. Put the lever of the book ON \ OFF to the OFF position.
3. Hold the UP button and do not release it until point 6.
4. Without releasing the UP button, connect the USB cable.
5. Without releasing the UP button, press the POWER button (on / off button) three times. It is possible on account of one, two, three. And wait for the message of the program LiveSuit.
6. As soon as the LiveSuit warning message appears, release the UP button. We agree with all messages \ warnings and wait for the end of the firmware process.
7. Wait until the update is complete; do not turn off the device until the calibration screen appears (white screen with a red cross).
8. Calibrate the screen - click on the center of the red crosses. The device is ready to use.
