  • Open Photoshop, create a new document 1600x1280, 72dpi, then look for a suitable wallpaper at least 1600x1200, open it in Photoshop too,
    Ctrl + A, Ctrl + C, then Ctrl + V to our document. We stretch a little bit so that the wallpaper fills the entire document. (If the wallpaper is initially larger, then it can be reduced accordingly).
    It is best to take wallpaper from 27-30-inch monitors, there are 2560x1440 and 2560x1600.
    Then Ctrl + Alt + Shift + S - the Save for Web window opens. There we save as Jpeg with quality 60-70.
    
    
  • Open the picture in ACDSee. Menu Resize - Resize.
    On the right, select the height - 1280. We see that in the window on the left, the width does not exceed 1600. Done.
    The Edit menu is Crop. We stretch the frame up and down until it stops.
    Stretch the left and right borders to 1600 (see illustration). Is done. Save as.
