Do not forget to read the topic header - most of the problems will disappear. The cap is periodically updated with new information.

Requirements:
1. Hard SPL 2.08 (HSPL3:HSPL3_PKG.rar(693.21 KB));
2. Radio 2.15 HD2(Suitable for all HD2);
3. Magldr 1.12 or 1.13 (MAGLDR v1.13:DFT_LEO_MAGLDR113.rar).

For those who already have another firmware installed with WP7, you need:
- ConductTask 29
- Format your SD card. You can use the program on your PCSDFormatterv3.0.zip(969.36 KB)
- Install magldr and then this firmware.
This is important, since the partition format has changed and because of the old firmware there may be problems with the update!

Interface languages:
English, German, French, Italian, Spanish.
Keyboard layout languages:
English American, English British, German, French, Italian, Spanish. (16 more languages ​​will appear, in case of updating to Mango).
OEM version:
2250.21.40600.444
Windows Phone Version:
The initial 7.0.7004.0, plus, the ability to update via zune.

Opportunities:
- Upgrade to Mango 7720;
- Installing Developers Update Cab (fixed in version V2.00);
- Update via zune (for builds, above 7720, first wait for confirmation);
- Chevron is already present and remains after the update;
- Backup / Restore via Zune.

Known issues:
- Keep in mind that after the first launch, your SD card will be encrypted, as in real WP7 devices (respectively, there is no possibility of creating partitions for androyd);
- To decrypt the SD card after using WP7, the only solution isformatting cards in Nokia N97, e71 and similar devices with symbian 9.1 and higher, Nokia N or E series, Nokia Phone, Nokia Symbian OS, PDA like 5250, N95, Canon cameras, Nikon cameras;
- In version 1.0, the SD card is not blocked. But this version is only for testing the firmware, since it lacks some features, and also there are problems when upgrading to mango;
-Bluetooth does not work quite correctly (solution - turn on wi-fi, restart the device, and then turn on BT).

Update Instructions:
- To begin with, it is recommended to flash the old firmware with wm 6.5 and boot into it or makeTask 29
- Format your SD card;
- SewHD2-First-splash;
- Sewmagldr 1.13;
- Activate 24MB extra memory in Magldr services;
- Remove the MBR SD card in Magldr services;
- Install the firmware via DWI and set the correct time and date;
- Installlatest version of zune;
- Run the update process via zune, as on a full-fledged WP7 device ("Sync settings" - "Update"). Install builds 7008, 7392;
- Wait for the next official update. To upgrade to mango now - read on.

Build 7403(approximate installation time - 6 minutes):
- Download this packageHD2_7720fix.rar(6.19 MB)
- If necessary, install updatewp from the "update tool" folder (choose your version - x86 or x64);
- Download and unzipWP7_Update_Cab_Sender.zip(1.66 MB)
This is a utility for sending all your packages, as well as for creating backup recovery;
- DownloadDeviceProvisioning.cab(12.38 KB)
and place it in the folder with WP7 Update Cab Sender;
- Run WP7 Update Cab Sender.bat and select S to send your package to your phone (or B if you want to backup);
- The phone will apply your package. After that you can update the device to version 7403;
- Run zune, check for updates ("Sync Options" - "Update"), zune should find and install build 7403.

Build 7712(approximate installation time - 1 hour 30 minutes):
- Run zune again, check for updates ("Sync Options" - "Update"), zune should find and install build 7712. This update can be installed for a very long time, more than 30 minutes. Be patient!
- After the reboot, a message appears about the success of the update.

Build 7720(approximate installation time - 10 minutes):
- Place all the packages from the MangoRTM folder in the folder with WP7 Update Cab Sender.
(after removing the old cabs from there)
- Send packages to your phone as before - launch WP7 Update Cab Sender and press S (or B);
- Several updates will be installed, the phone will reboot several times in the process.
- If everything goes well - congratulations - you have a build 7720 RTM;
- It is recommended to make a hard reset.

Russian language:
- to enable the choice of the Russian language, you need to install the following packages on your phone using WP7 Update Cab Sender:

in the folder WP7 Update Cab Sender, to activate the ability to install cab packages (thx nemuro).

If you have problems with the SD cardafter upgrading to Mango, try making a hard reset. If this does not help, download1OEM_8x50_NK_SD_REMOVE.cab(2.31 KB)
and install it on your phone using WP7 Update Cab Sender. After that - hard reset.

HD2_Updatable_XBmod_Yuki_v1.zip- for testing only - some functions are missing, and there are problems when upgrading to mango 7712 and higher.

If you have problems with the memory card (for example, cyclic reboot after the update) - try to flash again (or make a hard reset), after removing the SD card from the phone. After booting the system, upgrade to version 7392 without an sd card, and then repeat the hard reset. After loading the system, insert the card into the phone and then update with the card.

Upgrade instructions to 7720:

1. Turn off and then turn on the device.

8. Zune will check the phone for possible updates.

Sooooo sorry. WP7 still as the main system is rather weak, until 3 main problems are solved (at least for me) - battery jitter, buggy multitouch, lack of a normal navigator. I compensated for these problems with Android. And now it seems like that.


Is there a chance to get 7720 with the usual firmware, without Zune but with the possibility of launching Andryusha?
