Another shortcoming of the base on the SD-card is that if the device is connected to the computer for example, access to the map and will not be, respectively, the application will not work.

Definition of country codes already done. It seems to work.
Basicallythen (ToDo list in last place) can be added to the base and area codes within the country - so if anyone needs any country - write.
