Adds access point activation capabilities.

Description:
Apple, in relation to the iPad, leaves mobile providers the ability to block some functions at the SIM card level. Many Russian and most Ukrainian (with the exception of trimob) operators have disabled the possibility of using the iPad in the access point mode, there is no possibility to enter the APN manually. This tweak allows you to fix all this by activating blocked functions.
After installing tweak, enter your APN equally into both fields and then go to the main ones - the network and then activate the "modem mode", then I think everything is clear.
