In general, VideoReg is the only one who can make SGS2 write in fullHD resolution, the only one who can squeeze out colors from an image at night (though not on all phones). And the latest versions still contain a plugin for converting video and subtitles into one file. Also, the plugin is available for the company (under Windows).
Well, there are a lot of small plus signs, like a widget (clicked on it and the recording went in the background, clicked again, stopped).
You can, of course, use DailyRoads, but there are only the first 10 conversions free of charge, plus you need to upload to the site (this is especially convenient, if somewhere on the track) a dozen-hundred megs, wait a couple of hours for the conversion and return to download a dozen-hundred megs already converted a file. And in order to start it in the background, you need to start it first in normal mode, press the record and then just collapse.

There is no such program, and it will be unlikely, because the standard position of the recording in landscape phones is landscape and it is fixed.
On the 2.3 Android, there is a pseudo-turn (that is, on the phone, the image is inverted as it should, it is rotated on the computer, as if shot in the landscape), but this is not that.

In the android itself, when shooting, it is impossible to write anything into the frame (or rather, I managed it on some devices, but this is still an experiment, nothing more).
Therefore, the traffic information (speed, time, coordinates, etc.) must be saved separately (I use subtitles so that any player under the BB can understand and play them, you can also upload it to YouTube). Other programs either do not store it or are stored inside their base (like DVR until recently), which does not allow it to be played on a computer or on YouTube (that is, the recorder program in this regard is no better than a regular camera), or play it only on the phone and only from under the program.
The use of subtitles in this regard is more convenient, but in order not to drag them every time I added a plug-in to my program (the plug-in is separate, because it weighs 3-4 mega, the program itself is about 300kb), which makes one from the subtitles and video imprints subtitles to file. It takes quite a long time on the phone (approximately 5–10 minutes of conversion are needed for approximately every minute), so there is also a program for BB (under Windows) that does the same thing, but much faster (about half a minute per minute of video).

The DVR did this: the file and subtitles should be uploaded to it to the site (of course, from the program), there the server will convert them into one file and the file will be available for download from the site. What in my opinion is very inconvenient — you need fast, cheap Internet (and where to find it in the outback or on the highway, for example), plus waiting time.
Therefore, in my program you can do it right on the phone.
