Bought yesterday for 3290.00 rub.

Already from the minuses seen:
- Build quality. The body squeaks - absolutely not critical squeaks, but there is no feeling of solidity.
- The screen is not evenly illuminated. The right side is darker than the left (if held vertically). In the evening because of this, it is not convenient to read. Exit found - read in a horizontal position of the book. Then the illumination goes smoothly from top to bottom and is not so annoying.
- The book should be kept at least at arm's length, otherwise the grain starts to strain.

After 3 days of use, I would also like to note a drawback: the G-sensor turns the screen on its side only in one direction, in sum with the fact that the scroll buttons are only on one side, it turns out that it is not very convenient to read lying on the left side: )

I would call it shortcomings :)
1) the gradation of the backlight level is too small and I do not have the lowest level for reading in the dark
2) in the landscape mode, the joystick does not change the direction of the keys to scroll down - press up
3) I would like to be in addition to the fonts - bold
4) if the PDF document has the fields cut off, then the book still makes small fields
5) I did not find a footnote in fb2

So far, in a few days of use, I revealed only this: yes2:
P.S. I chose the book for a long time. I read a lot of reviews, reviews on different books, in the hands of several models spit - Prestigio PER3072B, Texet-TB700HD (my wife bought this very good device), Wexler.Book T7001, Digma C700, PocketBook IQ 701, Ritmix RBK-450. Of these, the turn out to be the fastest, opens the books in general with the moment.

Someone knows how to make vertical photos (height is greater than width) on the subject by default displayed with the correct rotation - the high part on the high side of the device. And then you have to turn them with buttons all the time.

Maybe the photo itself needs to be resized for this or are there any settings?

Yes, right away. Say if a person is tall in a photo and a photo has a height greater than width, then the legs are lower head upwards. And on an e-book, if you hold it upright with your head from the left edge, your head from the right, you have to turn it.

Yes, no anything I open on my computer photo is correct, but it’s not with one photo but with a bunch of them like that.

It helped to turn all foty by 90 degrees using the xn-view program (normal viewer), then they are displayed correctly, and on the computer, respectively, sideways.
Vertical and horizontal photos as it turned out does not matter. Just by default, the device shows the photo as if it is viewed vertically and not horizontally.

Here today I bought this beauty .... or rather I changed my digma from 700 to her. In the digm, everything was fine with me until I put it in charge during the day (I usually put it on for the night and was charged in the morning) and then put it in the afternoon and my book was charged for 10 hours .... in general, I passed. they are different .... the current digm is slower. I didn’t notice slowness at all. The colors are brighter than in the digm. I thought better of the choice of background. And of course a big minus for me is the impossibility to put a book in sleep mode .... just a shame. Next .... the power button .... everyone needs a long time to keep the book loading or I Lucky and this is my current? Auto-rotate the screen is in the "system setup" - "Screen position sensor". The book of all is turned on for a long time, even in the instructions, the hold time of the button is 3 seconds.

I agree, the brightness is excessive. In the evening I am rescued by a black background, a brown font and a little tilting of the book from myself (the viewing angle decreases, the brightness diminishes).
ZY when I read a book I always turn it horizontally.
