2 options come to mind:
- possible on the computer the server is blocked by a firewall
- If the computer has more than one IP-address, the server displays in the system tray, only the first. You can type the command ipconfig at the command prompt to see all the IP-addresses of the computer and try to include each of them in remote settings.
