Here is my suite for a year. Satisfied with many.
Actually about the stylus. In seVGA mode, everything works fine, the stylus goes where it should. But in realVGA mode, it somehow shifts a little. This is not bad, but annoying, especially when you go. Calibration doesn't help either. Found how to change. Now everything is fine. It became even more convenient. Actually everything in the picture:

Well, the easiest way is to drop a drop of glue on the top of the stylus.
A spring inside the PDA case - you need to disassemble, IMHO - nafig.

I fully support the idea! It became very convenient because you can press hard cutting by the stylus itself without unwinding it, as on ipak.
My little contribution, if the stylus broke, when soldering the unscrewing element, use not a round rod (wire), but a flat one (like on a hair clip). Stronger and more durable.

I made myself a stylus much easier.
1 Took an ordinary ballpoint pen with an empty rod
2 took out the entire iron part of the rod together with the ball i. got a regular plastic tube.
3 inserted a toothpick into the tube (wooden)
4 assembled pen

With the active use of a toothpick, not enough for a long time, but still this is the way out when the stylus is lost or forgotten.

PS In place of a toothpick, you can use fluoroplastic but it is not always a girlfriend, and toothpicks in bulk.
