Generally elected providers and payments must be synchronized with the server, if it does not happen you can try clearing the cache (menu item in the app settings) and then click on "Update" to "Wallet" tab. Find providers can choose "New" from the menu on the "Wallet" tab or by pressing the hardware search button.
