Somewhere at the end of last year, version 4.26 was updated to 4.28 only for WM 10 1703 and 1709. But I don’t remember what other numbers after "4.26".

I also tried to forcibly install this 4.26 for 10 1607. Everything was established, it works well, from 4.21 the differences are not large, purely cosmetic, and both versions work well. So I stay at 4.26 and I don’t see any sense in the newer, they don’t look for the good.

4.26.12153.0 is not installed by me. Thus, apparently, 4.21 last on 1607.

Strange, gotta get up. If the application package is unpacked by the archiver, then the minimum version of the manifest file is 1607 (<TargetDeviceFamily Name = "Windows.Universal" MinVersion = "10.0.14393.0" MaxVersionTested = "10.0.17134.0" />). I, too, everything was fine.

Maybe there are not enough dependencies?
