Notes
Owners of laptops Lenovo S10-3c:
since this system is based on the Linux kernel, there are problems with keyboard support (the internal keyboard does not work, only the external one), it is solved with the boot parameter "noapic acpi = off", by cutting off ACPI you lose the battery charge indication, Power management. If someone finds a solution, without disabling ACPI I will be grateful.

Owners of other laptops:
You should have no problems with the work of MeeGo! If something does not work write.

Guys, if you have a device on Maemo or MeeGo, create a topic on it in discussions!

* Ramax2009, put something fresh because on Meego part of the software, so to speak, is lost. I did not find the mirrors of the repositories, as I put them on a virtual machine ... (although I probably looked badly) We lost everything ... like some OS2008 tablet packages

Try Linux Mint
https://www.linuxmint.com/download.php
Environment Mate, Xfce - lightweight (For netbooks and weak laptops)
Cinnamon - A little more beautiful and gluttonous. You can start with it.
If performance is important, then Mat or XFCE.
