I just checked it on my own, put chevron on look, and then removed the lock via MFG, everything is set up properly via tom xap installer. Apparently you have a problem on the BB (something is not installed, or disabled).

Radio software revision: 1.0.7.10

The rest is all identical, maybe because of this version of the software you have a problem?

Carrier is the telecom operator for which the phone is released, in our case the phones are not locked, and it does not matter which operator is registered.
