If you didn’t include the files and programs during the backup, then nothing. By default, only what you specify is copied. Everything else must be included forcibly.

In other words, this new Android 8.1 fancy to fool all sorts of gadgets, which were not in 4.4. P.S .: problem solved by reinstalling the MyPhoneExplorer client on a smartphone connected to the computer by attempting to establish a USB connection when the main application was started on the computer (previously MyPhoneExplorer Client was removed from the smartphone).
Now both internal and system storage are still available.
