Great that MPE began to move in the direction of Android. With CE phones was simply indispensable. After I changed my last SE to an android at the beginning of the year, I was looking for an sensible replacement for MPE, but I still could not find it. Great news!
At the same time, at the moment MPE cannot serve as a full-fledged “contact storage”, and this program is inherited from the A200 platform.
In A200, several numbers are assigned to each subscriber, but these numbers must be of a different type (mobile, work, fax, etc.). In Android, any number can be of any type. You can assign at least 10 mobile numbers to one subscriber.
When reading phone data, only one mobile number is displayed in MPE.

The second problem, which has also been voiced here: there is no “middle name” or “middle name” field.
I try to score all my contacts according to the principle “Last Name, First Name [Patronymic] [Place of Work]”. But sometimes it does not work and monsters of the type “Marina supposedly :)” are born (this girl decided to SMS anonymously). ;) my SE C902 divided this contact into components (first name, middle name, last name) as he wanted. Contact safely passed the stage of extraction from Sonerik, sending via Google, insertion into Android. And just yesterday in MPE, having found the name “:)” in the contact list, I thought for a long time who it is;)

In the end, I note once again that the appearance of MPE for guglofonov can not but rejoice. However, its full use is not yet possible. We are waiting for new versions.
