Guys, everything turned out, thanks, only one thing but the chip of buying this flash drive is gone, the volume is 14.9 GB (in theory, 11 MB did not return, but to hell with them). How much do you have? The main thing is what bought a flash drive threw a 13 GB file onto it, copied it in 10 minutes, speed 19-21 MB (showed total), after healing, when copying this file the speed became, 8-9. All done, the problem is solved formatting standard utilityJfformatfirst in FAT32, and then back to NTFS. Commander shows a write speed of 22 MB! (I hope someone will help, my two hours of headache)

You can return the flash drive to its original state with the JF620 OnlineRecoveryTool.
Using SecureDrive, set the maximum volume of the unprotected area, then remove the CDROM (section "SecureDrive").
It just takes 11.2 MB, which disappear.
