who knows: on VanillaEclair 3.0 "Sugar energy" already has a new kernel or not?

Judging by the phrase "Based on the latest 2.6.29 sources, provided by behnaam." - Yes, it does.

Wow, the first FroYo firmware appeared for GSM Hero
http://hero-roms.blogspot.com/- first news

Although of course
"Not working:
-Data
-Gps
-Wifi
-Bluetooth "
it is strong :)

Back to square one ... We are waiting for Froyo full-fledged? This is nothing so far, but the first Froyo.

He put Froyo on yesterday - it’s not self-sustaining yet, but you can look at the innovations.
The operating speed is acceptable in principle, but I would like more. I had glitches with a status bar - it was transparent.
The Russian keyboard, however, as well as the claimed Russian language are present.

Actually, for familiarization, you can put it, but for now we look forward to further success in this direction.

So

As you know, I've been a bit quiet on the ROM front recently. Pulser released the last version of VillainROM, and he's been working hard with HomerSP on the fixes.

I, on the other hand, have been working hard on a Froyo build.

I'm not going to give anything away just yet with what is, and what is not working, but I will tell you this; I have more hardware working right now than the other Froyo port over at XDA.

I'm spending what little free time I have between this, and a re-build of SuperHero based on VR6, and I aim to get both out at the weekend.

I hope this makes one or two of you happy

... NPRussell.

waiting ... xD

Androbin Froyo has been updated,download
-fix some graphical glitches
-fix led
-fix data networks
-fix gps signal (maybe, not tested)
-fix opengl

What works:
-New Launcher2
-2.2 Google Apps (haven't tested them all)
-Keypad / Trackball leds
-data
-gps
-autobrightness

Not working:
-Wifi
-Bluetooth
-ext_partition no supported (works all, but does not recognize file system. So sdcard not working, try to do some testing)

I could transfer these changes to my firmware, but I see no reason to make two identical firmware =)

Cyanogen 6.0 is super. The difference in speed is noticeable. In all previous firmware, I did not notice a significant difference in speed. And here, yes. All sorts of new fitcha. The notification line is removed / displayed by vertical movement of the finger on the screen, etc. Russification is not more than 30%.
We will wait for the development of events.
