what are the pluses from this dll? I tried to launch toys that were displayed frame-by-frame (for example, simpsons) - this is exactly how everything works.
palm treo is the same as asus.

this is open gl library
And if I understood everything correctly, then you can normally play games that use open gl. For example, in quake 3 at normal speed or in diners that only come with accelerator support.
And open gl carries more graphic effects than software.

This dll helped me launch the Navitel 9 version on WM 6.5. Without it, the instruction at 0x00000000 error popped up
The Cab file really did not cope with the task, after its execution the file in the windows folder did not appear. I copied my hands from the archive.

I have the same trouble with the eighth and ninth navigator. So far, only Navitel 7.5.0.200 works.
