Hello! Skillful Samsung GT-S6500 Galaxy Mini 2. Bought it 5 days ago. I decided to transfer Contacts from the old device
and on the recommendation of Samsung on the Internet, he tried using Kies to connect to a PC.
It does NOT work to connect to a PC using Kies 2.3.1 - the latest update from Samsung -support for the Samsung GT-S6500 Galaxy Mini 2.
USB port on the motherboard. The PC device sees. "USB debugging" with a green daw. In the "Networks" menu, "USB Settings" and "Modem and Access Point" are not involved. When downloading and installing Kies on a PC, Avast! disconnected. When connected to a PC, the device is detected with the tray icon, two disks in "My Computer" and USB devices and a Modem in the "Device Manager". When connecting to a PC with Kies running, the connection program starts and after a minute or two the message "Cannot connect to the GT-S6500D. Unable to obtain device information." From the Kies Menu, "Tools - Repair Connection Error" with the antivirus disabled - the drivers are updated. And everything repeats again.

Problems installing Kies!
