Short description:
The program for "opening" *. Apk - files.

Description:
The program will be useful to developers and translators of programs for the Android platform.
It can be used to localize software, add functions, etc.

At the moment, the program is running under Linux, Windows, MacOS. Using this utility, the framework-res.apk application cannot be opened, because it uses some of Google’s own secret development, but promises that it will be fixed in the future.

To use the program requires a basic knowledge of the SDK, aapt, PATH, smali.

If apk is simply unpacked with a regular archiver (for example, WinRar), then we will get compiled xml files that cannot be edited, if we unpack this “useless garbage”, then we get the source code that can be edited, and then back compiled, again, the program. And if you need to change not only the graphics, but something more significant, then WinRar will not help here.
