Description:

Netmonitor is a program that allows you to monitor the network of a mobile operator GSM. The program provides information on both the current base station and its neighbors. Main settings:

• CID (Cell ID)
  
• LAC (Location Area Code)

• network type
  

It is possible to use your own database with information about the location of base stations. The program allows you to log and record it to a file (even in the background),
display current base stations on the map (location may not be accurate, information comes from the Google Gears Location API)

I was pleased with the interface in Russian. For some reason, the map does not display at all (no info). Does not show the neighboring BS, but writes them to the log. You can disable access to no, but when access is turned off, I have a wifi card all loaded up. There is an exit button.
There is a similar programAntennasIt works better, though in English.

The file with the base in the root of the memory card, the file should be called<operator code>.clf
for Beeline: 25099.clf
those. The downloaded archive should be unpacked and the necessary database file should be converted to the form above by renaming the above database file :)
