Unfortunately, so far (as of version 0.7.7), there are problems with Cyrillic in filenames - when files are copied in their names disappear Cyrillic letters. The names of files created on a device other tools displayed "krakozyabrami". See. Screenshot.

An excellent program for working with files on the device!

You just need to run the downloaded exe-file, without installation.
To copy a file to the device, it should be noted checkbox file (s) on the PC and press the Copy button.

The Android Manager there are no problems with the Cyrillic alphabet, there are much more functions - contacts, calendar, etc.
But the Android Commander starts quickly and does not limit the size of uploaded to the device 10 megabytes of files.

Just run the downloaded file on your PC. Installation in a conventional sense is not required. When you first start the program can continue downloading the necessary components and to close, then run it again.

The difference, of course. But it depends on what kind of use features. If a file transfer, the difference is that Android Manager has a limit on the size of downloadable file to the phone (10MB). Android Commander this limitation does not, but the benefits of this little, because upload large files through adb still long, and it is better to mount the memory card in the UMS mode.

For the rest, it is unlikely you will need a function for flash updates developers, DDMS, SQLite Browser, SignApk ...
