When copying contacts to the SIM card, it writes that all contacts are normally copied, and in fact it does not understand Russian letters. Some phone numbers on SIM card. Is there a way out of this? Or tell me a normal program to copy contacts to SIM.

Version 1.11 Pro copied the contacts correctly (but I have in English) transferred to another phone without problems !!!
