You can replace without problems, I think ... which is confirmed by the same lot at the auction on the link. Even if we take into account that the actual consumption of the i7 will be noticeably higher due to 2 additional cores and a larger core size - I am sure that the temperature will be within the normal range, because with the regular i5 it stays at about 55 during everyday work.
