my first firmware

About firmware:
1) Russian localization (all except the names of some system programs)
2) Russian input (after installing a special cab)
3) WM 6.1 net install
4) Several plugins for Today


Problems (found at the moment):
1) Not all signatures of labels in the Start menu are translated (I do not think that a big problem)
2) After switching to Russian, there is no Video Call item in the settings (including setting up this item before switching to Russian)

Instruction:
1) If WM 6.1 (English) is not worth it, then WM 6.1 should be flashed with one of the firmware on xda-developers.com
2) Then you need to download my firmwarehttp://www.creatix.ru/ROM/ClearEdition.RUS...llTranslate.rar
3) Unpack the archive
4) Connect the device to the computer
5) Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe
6) We are waiting for the end of the installation
7) We are waiting for the system to boot up for the first time and the necessary settings will be established.
8) After reboot, go to Start->Settings->Regional Settings->We choose Russian in two fields
9) Then we reboot
10) After that, fill in the cab device "Perduemonocle_VOX_XT9_RUS.CAB" and install it on the device memory

Hello. Requires advice. There is a HTC s730 with Win 6.1 in Italian. It is required to flash under Russian Win or at worst English. I downloaded the Russian firmware from the forum for this device. I tried to flash it, it does not go. It falls into the mattress and hangs, on the screen of the device the inscription WING 220, SPL 1.31.0000, CPLD-7. But the comp message appears (error 260). After removing the battery, it normally starts with the original firmware, looked at the registry, it seems there is no protection from the firmware, I also tried it through HardSPL, too, did not work.
