With the help of Total Commander.

1. Separation
1.1 Open two tabs: one where the file is located, the second where it will be split.
1.2 Choose a file to break apart. Next Files - Split Files

1.3. In the appeared window, select the size into which the files should be divided, as well as the path where the files will be placed. You can skip this step if you open the desired folder in the adjacent TC tab. Then, click OK.

1.4 Everything. We have broken into files. If you are going to transfer them, then remember, you need to transfer EVERYTHING! files that lie in a given folder.


2. Build
2.1 Open two tabs in TC: one where the files are located, the second where the file will be collected.
2.2 Tap on one of the files that we buoy to collect. Then, Files - Collect Files.

2.3 In the appeared window click OK.
2.4 The build process is in progress, after it our file is ready

Using WinRAR

1. Separation
1.1 Select the file, right-click, select "Add to archive"

1.2 In the "Name and parameters of the archive" window, in the "General" tab, at the bottom left, we see the "Split into volumes by size" field. Select the desired size. We press ok.

1.3 There were several archives, the size of which does not exceed the specified value.

2. Build
To correctly open the created archives, all of them must be placed in one folder and open the first archive.
