Here is a quick iPhone charging repair guide.
Original instruction
to startmeasure stresscharging output!
it should be like in the picture ...
Attached Image
for convenience, you can take an unnecessary USB cable and cut it (it will be easier to measure the voltage in the future, it can also be useful for convenience)
Attached Image
Further:
If there is no voltage at the output of the USB charging connector, then proceed to disassemble it.
you can disassemble using ...
jigsaw
Attached Image
either canvases
Attached Image
sawing neatlyon the red dotted line (there is a pitfall, a capacitor. DO NOT DISCUSS IT RANDOMLY) (the place where he stands is shown in the figure)
Attached ImageAttached ImageAttached Image

after sawing we get the following picture:
Attached ImageAttached ImageAttached Image
At the input in front of the diode bridge there is a resistor-fuse (it first flies when there is a voltage drop in the network), we check it first!
If dead, we change.
Resistor 10 Ohm 1W- 7 rub.
Next, the diode bridge.
If punched, change.
Diode bridge MB8S- 14 rubles.

After replacement, the voltage at the output of the USB connector appeared.
Total repair cost me 21rub. instead of 1.500 rub. for the new branded network adapter!

Next, proceed to the assembly:
Since I didn’t cut very neatly and used a cloth, not a jigsaw, I still have a gap of 1-1.5 mm (unfortunately I can’t show it, I have already assembled it).
Did the following:
I took an unnecessary UDMA 66 cable, cut off a strip:
Attached Image
Next, gently glued with super glue at the seam on the charge. The result was this:

We do it carefully and before plugging the phone into charging, “500” times check the voltage at the USB output of the charging connector, no matter where it is, and the voltage matches the one shown in the first picture !!!

DieZ #,
Well, what else were you going to measure the voltage.

People, but does anyone have a wiring scheme for controlling the iPhone player through connecting to the AUX car radio from the remote on the steering wheel? I control the native radio tape recorder from the console, through the AUX to the radio tape recorder I can switch it off. But there are not enough control contacts for AUX soldering.

M
Quite a bit wrong topic ... Write in a more suitable or create a new one.

IMHO, this does not exist.
or I did not understand the question.

There is an ipod classic with a USB lanyard, I charge the current from the PC, and there is a HTC charger, but if I plug the cable from the iPod into the HTC charger, the iPod does not charge. There is also an unnecessary 2-wire charger from Nokia. Can I solder the charger from Nokia for iPod?
Nik !!!

What is the name of the device that you need to measure the voltage, how much does it cost, and please show an approximate view?

need a tester or multimeter here for example one of thesehttp://www.dipaul.ru/catalog/Multimeters_A...ologies/U1253A/

DieZ # @ 01.01.2010, 21:20*
They can be measured everywhere voltage, even in the outlet, even in charging, even in a transformer box?

No, of course :) the operating range is not unlimited :)

ZY In this case, such a primitivehttp://www.ksrv.ru/e-store/406/96140/worth 150 rubles
ZZY I advise you easier to buy the original zaradku. You just need to be at least a little competent in this matter. No offense, just feel sorry for you and the device in case of anything ...
addition
I did not notice that there is still a second page and they have already answered there and quite a long time ago

Thanks for the manual. I also grunted charging, only from the iPhone 4, as in the photo. Are there the same voltages there?
How to open it more carefully, can anyone already come across?

The other day, there was a power surge in the network, and many neighbors had a technician flying (starting with small things and ending with refrigerators, washing machines, etc.). I knocked out the fuse in the TV - I replaced it and everything seems to be normal.
The next day, it turned out that two charges (from Galaxy and iPad) are no longer working .. they were cut to the network but were not charging at that moment.

Cocoa fluid of brown color, sticky but oily, flows out of the aypadovskoy .. at the Samsung after opening (for this it was not necessary to cut)) also found droplets on the plastic case, which looked like condensate .. are also sticky and greasy .. I don't know the color .

Can anyone know what kind of liquid it is and where does it come from and what is all this? Maybe someone already happened like that? (Unfortunately there is no tester).

I did not spill anything harm and everything is dry around!

Recently, a friend repaired. When assembling, I glued it with superglue, previously removing burrs along the edge. And then just the remaining seam was smeared ..... With white sealant (which the gaps in the joints between the window sill and PVC frame are covered), walked along the seam, wiped it and became better than the new one .... Generally without a joint. Monolith.

Actually, the resistor power is 0.125W - if you want HE to be a fuse, and not further elements, up to the fact that you are charging.

You can check this:
1. Look at what current is written on charging near 220v. And it is written there 0,1A
2. Remember school physics, namely Ohm’s law.

I = U / R = 1volt / 10 ohm = 0.1A
P = U * I = 1 volt * 0.1A = 0.1 W

PS: Where did 1 volt come from? from the ceiling :-)

I also suffer with the restoration of 2 a1357 charges, with one being the same in design as the starter topic, and in the second circuit changed and instead of the MB6 diode bridge 4 ordinary diodes are used, I attach a photo.
So, in the first one, the resistor 10 was broken, the MB6 diode bridge burned, and the closed 2n60 transistor, as a result of which the resistors in the 3R9 cmd package were broken, I changed all this, but there is no voltage at the output, it shows about 0.9 volts with a multimeter. In the second charge, the diodes were intact and the transistor, too, was a 10 ohm blown resistor, it was replaced, but there was no voltage either. All kondery and diodes vypayal and checked with a multimeter, all workers. Is the coil dead in both charges, can someone tell me what to look for. Still doubts about the correct operation of the optocoupler 817c, no one came across?

Good day!
Can anyone come across such a problem of charging from iphone5: when connected, charging starts, but immediately stops. Disassembled (photo), I checked the resistance of 320 Ohms - regularly. I measured the voltage at + and - it is first 4.6 V, then it disappears within a minute. Where to dig, what to change, who has any thoughts?
Thank.
