1 Everything described below is applicable if you have an unlocked phone and you have all the drivers for connecting the phone and the computer installed on your computer. I omit these procedures.

2 Preparing a computer for flashing the phone.

2.1 Download from the header (Utilities and Applications) Platform-tools (adb / fastboot) R28.0.1. We create the “adb” folder on the computer on the “C” drive and unpack the contents of the archive into this folder.

2.2 Download the archive withTWRPand unpack it in the same folder.

2.3 Download from the header (TWRP, Magisk) the file recovery-TWRP-3.2.3-0217-REDMI_NOTE7-CN-wzsx150.img (64 MB), rename it to twrp.img and copy the “adb” folder with the replacement confirmation. Now, after starting TWRP on your phone, it should be in English and you will not need to climb the settings to change the interface language.

2.4 Download firmware, for example, from the xiaomi.eu team, or weekly.

3 Now Phone settings.

3.1 Obtaining developer rights

3.2 Settings ->My device ->All Specs ->MIUI version ->poke on this inscription about 10 times ->we obtain the rights of the developer (the menu item Developer options appeared)

3.3 Settings ->Additional settings ->Developer options ->USB debugging (turn on)

3.4 Settings ->Additional settings ->Developer options ->Default USB configuration ->File Transfer (poke)

3.5 Everything, you have received the right to transfer files via USB to your phone.

3.6 Connect the USB cable. Personally, I now write the twrp.img file to the root folder of the phone, if you have a MicroCD, you can also go there for reliability and in order to avoid some unnecessary actions, then we’ll understand which ones, but they write what can be done later in TWRP mode.

3.7 Disconnect the USB cable.


4 Record TWRP on the phone.

4.1 Turn off the phone and put it in FASTBOOT mode.
- for this, press the "volume -" and "On" key and hold until the hare in a cap with earflaps.
- a hare appeared, connect the USB cable.

4.2 On the computer we press the key combination “Win ​​+ R”, a window opens, in it we type “cmd” and press “Enter”.
A console window has opened with a black background, in it we type “cd \” and press “Enter”, then we type “cd adb” and we press “Enter”, as a result, the screen should read “C: \ adb>". All of you are ready to launch TWRP.



4.3 We type in the console "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" and press "Enter"
If you have OKAY and Finished twice on the computer’s black screen and the hare remains on the phone’s screen (the phone should not reboot), then you have passed the first steps to downloading TWRP.



4.4 Now VERY IMPORTANT!
Do not turn off the phone Press the "Volume +" and "On" keys And keep them until the vibro trigger, then let go "On." And we continue to keep the "volume +" until the screen saver appears on the phone screen with the inscription LR.TEAM blue, then let's release the "Volume +" key and wait for the TWRP interface. In this case, the screen can go out, blinking with a blue screensaver, in the end there should be a TWRP main screen (Menu from 8 tiles, I have gray). As soon as this menu appears, a folder with access to the phone memory should appear on the computer.

4.5 Now you are ready for TWRP firmware.
- without leaving TWRP on the phone, we rewrite the “twrp.img” file from the “C: \ adb” folder to the phone’s internal memory or SD card (if you did not do this before);
- in TWRP, flash the file “twrp.img”. Click on the “Install” tile ->“Install Image”, (will change to “Instaal Zip”) scroll the list to the bottom (and if you wrote the “twrp.zip” file to the root, you will see it there) poke into it, a window opens and put a dot in front of the “Recovery” section ", Move the three arrows to the right">>>�;
- in the lower left corner, click “Back”, then return to the main TWRP screen (by clicking on the bottom of the screen “<" repeatedly)
- click on the “Reboot” tile, then on the “Recovery” tile;

4.6 The phone will reboot and enter TWRP mode.

5. Now you can install the firmware (downloaded earlier).

5.1 On the main screen of TWRP, click the “Wipe” tile ->“Advanced Wipe” and check the boxes next to the sections “Dalvik Cache / ART”, “Data”, “Cache”, “System”, if necessary then “Internal Storage” (note the ones available from the list), in the future if you update the firmware from the same command, System can not be selected;

5.2 On the main screen of TWRP, click on the “Reboot” tile, then on the “Recovery” tile;

5.3 Asks for a password, click Cancel, select English, get to the main TWRP screen (8 tiles).

5.4 Now most likely you see the phone on your computer but don’t see the internal memory and MicroSD, and as a result you can’t upload the firmware file to the phone for further flashing the phone. Therefore, we do the following: (if your firmware file is on MicroSD, then go to section 5.5; if not, then section 5.5).

5.5 On the TWRP main screen, poke the “Wipe” tile next to the “Format Data” tile (confirm formatting by entering “yes”), poke the blue checkmark and move the 3 blue arrows to the right 3>>>". We return to the TWRP main screen (click on the bottom of the screen “<" repeatedly).

5.6 Next, on the main TWRP screen, poke the “Reboot” tile further on the “Recovery” tile.

5.7 Now, after rebooting into TWRP, your computer sees the phone’s memory, copy the archive with firmware to the root of the MicroSD / OTG / internal memory (for convenience in TWRP search), disconnect the USB cable from the phone.

5.8 on the main screen of TWRP, click “Install”, then indicate the path to the firmware (if on the SD card>Select storage>MicroSD card and indicate the path to the firmware), poke in the firmware file and move the three arrows to the right “>>>"- we are waiting for the end of the process.
If in the end you see the inscription in small print "... done" then everything is fine.

5.9 Next, on the same screen, we clear the cache by pressing the “Wipe cache / dalvik” button and move it to the right “>>>�,

5.10 Next, on the same screen, we reboot by pressing the “Reboot System” button.

We are waiting for the first download, it can take a long time (up to 20 minutes), if three dots run at the bottom of the screen, then everything is fine, just wait.
The phone will reboot and you get the device out of the box !!!

By the way, I did not install "Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_02.04.2019.zip", I did not understand why it was needed, although I downloaded it and put it on the phone along with the firmware.
