I A328, GPS without problems wound up, blue does not work.

Found bugs in Cyanogen 12.1 final v3.1:
1) The SIM card is not turned off, you can fix if you get in and out of flight mode
2) After rebooting the phone from the desktop disappear all the icons of applications installed on the memory card.
