On havoc 2.7 android 9, disassembled .img android 10, assembled dat.br and flashed, launched without problems.

There is one more bug, as for me the most important to use this firmware. Does not open internal and sd memory in third-party file managers. I tried to profile it in a way known to me until it worked out.

What is the difference between / system / and / system / vendor?

In the kernel version.
Suppose in 3.18.35, the bin folder is in system / vendor as you have, and if the kernel is 3.18.19, then bin is just in system.
