Found a solutionProblemsannoying "Assistant" button for lovers of very useful option "Single tap to swipe". The solution, albeit not permanent (one action is required to be repeated after each reboot), but quite acceptable.

• turn onSettings->Accessibility->Interaction and dexterity->Assistant menu , inside we include Single tap to swipe
  
• An annoying floating Assistant button appears.
  
• go toSettings->Apps , click "three points" in the upper right corner and select Show system apps
  
• find applicationAccessibility and tap on it
  
• scroll down and disable inAdvanced setting Appear on top (I, in addition, disconnected and Change system setting )
  
• scroll up and press the buttonForce stop
