The bottom line: I got a phone, in no way agreeing to
download mode per team
fastboot oem edl issued this:
FAILED (remote: device locked, oem edl is not allowed)
, connected not like 4008, but like 400e (judging by Google’s answers, I’m not the only one, but I don’t seem to have a normal solution and explanation)
all the drivers I had by that time because before that I did the same thing a month ago with my wife’s phone (the same).
solution - redid the old unnecessary cable according to the scheme from the header (closed the green and black wires), it was possible with a wire, but there was no wire at hand.
The firmware via MiFlash was successful, the developer got up, booted.
Then we went dancing with a tambourine to unlock the bootloader (just that day the site gave everyone "Sorry, your application has been rejected."), Okay, I went around in a roundabout way from the header:
tytsEverything seemed to go away, twrp got up, but then problems started again: after the reboot, the mi icon hung and nothing happened (I waited about an hour). Attempts to reboot into the recovery from the phone were unsuccessful, fastboot worked. I thought maybe some files in the firmware flew after all these shamanism with unlock. Rebooted in recovery from fastboot:
fastboot reboot recovery.img , made a wipe of everything, downloaded previously downloaded firmware, installed according to the instructions. twrp did not swear, issued "everything is OK" and began to reboot into the OS. Again, the ill-fated Mi badge hung very long, but this time it waited half an hour.
He spat on everything, transferred the cable to download mode, and through MiFlash uploaded the latest developer. It started, everything worked, but I wanted a root and a multi-ring.
Repeating all the above steps, I realized that the checkmark in the developer’s "unlock bootloader" mode does not affect anything, the results were the same: a brick with an "MI" icon and switching only to fastboot (you can’t even turn it off). As a result, I again flashed the global and postponed everything until today. Today unlock.miui.com normally worked, got approval in just 10 minutes.
The bootloader successfully unlocked, installed twrp and .... Again, this fucking badge !!!! With all the same consequences! TWRP, by the way, tried different, but solved the problem on
