Unfortunately, it is even more difficult to guess from a photo than to diagnose such a floating problem. Since the problem is not typical for this MacBook model, we strongly recommend that you first remove the software component and monitor it on a clean OS.
If, on a clean system, the problem is reproduced again, then it is better to leave for a longer diagnosis in order to check everything in detail in the iron part.
