I updated my XR to 13. I used the hackintosh from the old OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 - the update went right after installing mobileconfig (without installing xcode). UDID is not registered.

And now in brief about iOS 13. The update is excellent and very useful innovations by the type of boot from the appstore without restrictions, the download manager in safari and dark mode. Also earned a 3D touch on the desktop icons just by long tapas.

To install in any case I do not recommend. Glitch on the glitch, constantly freezes, a lot of unfinished new interface elements, twitching, unpleasant bugs and so on. Better wait for public beta :)
