There is no guaranteed solution! The problem does not depend on your device, firmware or OS version. The problem is exclusively on the side of the operator-server game bundle . If you encounter a connection problem, try using a VPN with European or CIS servers (but not Asia and North America), change the APN protocol or change the DNS.
If the problem cannot be resolved using the above manipulations, contact the game's CPC or the operator / provider of your Internet. Alternatively, you can also try clearing the application cache from system settings and rebooting.
The occurrence of the problem is absolutely independent of the type of connection itself. On wired, Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G, 4G, a connection error may occur. Or it may not happen. It may happen on one type of connection, but not on another when using the same provider. K
