Good day! I ask the help of responsive people - I requested a custom boot via EDL, but forgot to uncheck EFS, and as a result I requested it from some Chinese OPPO ... modemst1 and 2 I still have, I also restored WiFi / BT MAC, t I don’t need personal information, but the wrong profiles and calibrations remained, from the wrong phone, and as a result, now more than half of the bands do not work for me, 30% of the places are caught only by the average H +, the remaining 70% are Emergency Calls Only. Kind people - please share an EFS backup in QMS, I will be very grateful to you!
UPD: If anyone is interested, I restored the connection. More details can be read herehere. Thanks to the caring forum users for their help!

Gentlemen, good day! Out of pure interest, I requested EDL firmware in the "SMT Download" mode, which essentially wipes out and replaces ALL sections on the phone. Yes, then I did not know about it ... In general, IMEI, MEID, MAC addresses - everything was worn out. Generated Macs, threw MEID and IMEI0 from the box - it doesn’t catch 4G and after a while it automatically finds towers, sometimes you need to choose manually. That’s okay, a kind person from this forum threw off .xqcn, band settings and calibration, at least approximate, I will return it through it. There are two questions in this situation:
1) I somehow need to get the IMEI of the second SIM slot, have ideas how it can be "calculated" from IMEI0 / SN / MEID? I looked at Google Dashboard, exported data about all Android devices on my account, IMSI shows both, and IMEI is only the first.
2) I really do not want to substitute the person who helped me and sent .xqcn, where can I find the most complete list of identifiers unique to each device? Well, or rather, information about which ones should definitely not coincide, for example, who knows what about GPSID?
P.S body OnePlus 5, SD835
UPD1: Forget, IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 are distinguished by the check sum and the 14th digit at the end.
UPD2: It turned out that on OnePlus 3 and above there is a special NVRAM cell that stores "encrypted IMEI". One APK-cabinet inside the firmware poured it into modemst, even when the usual IMEI record was zero, it certainly took me a couple of days. Who cares - NVRAM 2500, "NV FACTORY DATA 4 I". After I removed this from the .xqcn with the same xqcn-editor, I again reset the EFS to itself and flash it - everything became ok. (I thank the author of the utility and respect, I was surprised that this can be done through vba, also in Excel).
I only caught 3G, the second slot was with zero IMEI, now both of these problems are fixed, and as for me, the network began to cling faster.

efs for each phone is unique, google to help. It's just like "give your passport, I will take a loan"

I know this very well, moreover, I highlighted the article about EFS backup in red in the header. I got into an absolutely idiotic situation, I backed up my EFS to disk and to iCloud, and in the end I couldn’t get it from both places>.<. Once again - I don’t need personal information, you can dump it and reset IMEI / MAC, if I can’t believe it, I just need the baseband config and configs for VoLTE, because what I have on my phone absolutely does not correspond to the modem in SD835.

everything is so wretched and clumsy
It is very funny to hear such fame towards macOS, I've run away from Windows on the same occasion: rofl :. As for Linux, it can and can be made more comfortable there, but the gestures of the touchpad and software from Adobe | Affinity are solved in my case, as for me macOS is the top.
P.S Finder almost never use because there is Spotlight | Alfred

And you on Linux try to do the same, it will instantly open. Photos application bug in Windows 10.

Hello to all. Today I noticed that the laptop specifically crunches when I close it, somewhere in the loop area. I was very upset, I was so frustrated that I already looked at the MacBook Pro 2018, and there it turns out Linux does not work, put me in my place: D
In essence - who met with this? Have you tried to fix it? If so, how? The laptop is only 7 months old :(

because OnePlus is not greedy and shared the source.

Ah, if ... They gave only the daemon file, and without SELinux configuration it normally does not work. So I built myself Dirty Unicorns, and DASH does not work there. It’s a pity, the phoenix firmware was a little faster (I just collected timocapa from RedFlare from sources, threw out unnecessary chips). Waiting for a stable TreskMod Pie with RedFlare, finally released, but so far a little wrong.

* punk33,
What a curve is excellent. Only the vendor got it wrong there (OP's to blame). You can replace it or just do dirty flash with the old one, and everything will work. By the way, on my last phoenix GCam 6.1 began to work without lags

Rep: (222)
I’m insanely interested, but why did you clean up the topic so frantically? Where is QBook, a collection of firehoses, including UFS (I again pro ... lost the one that I got from .ops, and the one that I laid out here does not work, and the _on5 that I laid out here, I can no longer catch. Something like this , such useful information, after all!

Install macOS Mojave on Mi Notebook Pro

Pay attention,Made in Germany
  1. For damaged equipment, nerves, data I do not bear responsibility. Backup is the main savior.
  2. The guide is unfinished and is still subject to testing and corrections.
  3. Questions are best asked before, not after.
  4. So that later they wouldn’t whine “why it wasn’t written” - new revisions of the laptop with PM981 do not work well with macOS (due to the SSD controller). The same thing happens with SSDs from Intel and many others. There is nothing to be done, just change the disk ...

A bit of theory
There is a great operating system for Apple computers called macOS, developed by (obviously) Apple Inc. Unfortunately, it is an exclusive Mac computer, but the bright minds of all the Internet have managed to deceive everyone and run it on ordinary servile computers. So there was Hackintosh. All hardware is maximally brought to the standard "like on a Mac" with various tricks, for example, changing device IDs. This is to ensure that everything works natively. Everything incompatible is brought to mind by the kexts (a.k.a driver), or is turned off and safely forgotten. Yes, installing macOS is a compromise, but in many cases it is worth it.

Bugs
  1. Nvidia MX150 not working, and most likely will never work. Disabled so as not to eat energy.
  2. Card reader. Start at the moment is impossible.
  3. WiFi \ Bluetooth. The chip is soldered, from Intel - it does not work and will hardly be. Bluetooth works through crutches with a dual boot, but it's all from the evil one. I myself inserted a Wi-Fi chip and soldered to the LTE-Bluetooth connector, everything works natively. Due to the fact that they ask me a lot about the WiFi card, herelink to Taobao, there are two options - package 1 with three antennas (i.e. the third one needs to be located somewhere in the case), but there’s a cooler card, or package 2 is a card with slightly weaker characteristics, but there’s no need to cruton anything with the third antenna. Immediately write to the Chinese that you have a Mi Notebook Pro, he will send you good cables then.

Additionally, I want to note only two things, on macOSuntil they started Palm Rejection (locking the touchpad while printing)hallelujah !, well, the lifetime of a laptop is very different from the usage scenario.

Installation
So, let's transgress:
Before starting, I want to say that all these manipulations imply that macOS will be the only operating system on your computer. If you want dual boot, you will need to perform a few additional steps.
For windows
0. Before all actions, you need to increase the EFI partition because by default it is too small. Hereinstruction read from p. 3
1. In general, if you don’t want to format, you still need to “bite” at least 35GB from the Wundows section for comfortable operation under macOS
2. Do I need to install Clover? You can copy the contents of the EFI folder to the EFI folder on the disk, and then register through efivarmgr a new boot item - EFI / Clover / CLOVERX64.efi. I won’t clarify, and so it’s a big manual, Google hasn’t seem to have blocked it yet. If you want to do this, I suggest resorting to a dirty life hack - copy EFI \ Clover from the USB flash drive to the EFI folder on the disk, and then create the ubuntu folder in the EFI folder on the disk, copy CLOVERX64.efi from the Clover folder and rename it to GRUBX64.efi. Simply put, here's what we did - by default, the UEFI of the laptop does not want to show Clover in the list of boot entries, so we made its file look like the Ubuntu bootloader. Now we can select the ubuntu boot item at boot and Clover will boot. Crutches - yes, but relatively simple. You can use it, but only if you do not have Ubuntu on the computer yet: D. Well and yes, for good you need to put this item first in the queue, because Clover still by default offers the choice of OS

  1. You need to make a bootable USB flash drive with macOS. There are several options, but I believe that you will do everything under windows. For this we need:
    • BDU, a utility for creating flash drives
    • Clover assembly for our device, the latest stable version can be taken here
    • Actually a flash drive, for full installation of at least 8GB, Recovery partition and 2GB should fit.
Actually, in order not to reinvent the wheel and not copy-paste the instructions, I’ll just give a link to the source, where there are answers to all questions -BDU (AppleLife).

  2. You need to install your version of Clover on a USB flash drive, so that during installation all of our hardware is successfully initialized. It's simple, download the latest release from a wonderful person under the nicknamestevezhengshiqihe decided to merge with daliansky, releases of their joint repository can be foundhere. From the archive, copy the EFI folder to the root of the flash drive and that’s it, the bootloader should be visible. Achtung! To do this, the flash drive must have an EFI section, you can read more about this in the instructions in the previous paragraph.

  3. You must disable Secure Boot. Nothing complicated, go to the BIOS, set a password (otherwise the item will be inactive) and turn off Secure Boot. You can add the Clover signature and bypass this item, but I was too lazy, anyway, I use left-handed bootloaders and do not use Windows to catch potential viruses that change the bootloader.

  4. We start from the flash drive. In the disk utility, we re-partition the disk (or just create an APFS partition from scratch if you want to save Windows, or erase the entire disk and break it up as you like. There’s nothing complicated. Close, start the installation, select the partition, wait.

  5. After the reboot, we start again from the USB flash drive (logically, there is still no boot loader on the computer’s disk). We select the section with the newly installed macOS and start up, go through the initial setup.

  6. Naturally, I do not want to boot from a flash drive every time - you need to put the bootloader on this whole thing. Everything here is also just really, but only if the beech does not have Windows. As I did, open the terminal and mount the EFI partition on the disk.
sudo mkdir / Volumes / EFI
    sudo mount -t msdos / dev / disk0s1 / Volumes / EFI
The EFI section should appear in Finder. In case you formatted the disk, just copy the EFI folder from the USB flash drive to this section, everything should work and the next time you start Clover will start from the computer. If you saved Windows, then I assume that you have already looked at the spoiler "For Windows"

I’ll warn you again - the post is updated, so I’ll add the OS and bootloader configuration when the BIOS modifications for macOS are ready.

FAT32 is a file system, and GPT is a partition table, there are not many different things, read it. And bios_unlock must be run, just 318 error because of this

Did you launch bios_unlock and restart your computer? It is not always applied the first time.
P.S flash drive must always be formatted in GPT

Flash full OTA 7.1 + firmware from the same version, no? But in general, this is an anachronism complete, and the nethunter works quite well for Phoenix 9.0, only the kernel needs to be rebuilt and the Magisk module installed.

v0.92 (Beta Pie 9.0) for Magisk 16+

Thank you very much for the mod, comrade! Unfortunately, I could not check it out - on the Pixel Experience builds, since September 19, it knocks out all the speakers (in some magical way), so it's impossible to use the phone. Just delete the module - everything is ok. HDR + has been processed for quite some time, but it’s probably already 636 that it’s to blame, on my 1 + 5 this action is also not fast.
