This is an outdated template.
The fact is that before the user saw the nick moderator who punished him.
Some users did not react to the punishment.
Others politely wrote to the moderator, they say, did not understand why they were punished.
Still others politely wrote, convincing that the moderator does not understand that there is a checkmate, offtopic, flood and so on. The moderator persuaded them.
But the fourth wing of the moderator in a personal three-story mats at once. The moderators forwarded the dialogue to the admin, and the one for such things was banned (from the word "for good") boors.
