It seems I solved my problem:

In general, in my case, the problem was solved (I hope that forever) by the third option, described on the M $ forum: you need to turn off the laptop by forcibly pressing the shutdown button for a long time. Then remove the cover and disconnect the white battery connector from the motherboard. So hold for 15 minutes. Then connect back and connect the charger. The laptop will turn on. Cut it out, charging to the maximum. Replace the cover.
After this manipulation, the problem seems to have disappeared from me - there are no problems with loading from hibernation and normal sleep, the laptop has not yet been cut off spontaneously while working on the battery, although yesterday I caught 95% charge five times in a row ... I hope everything will be in order. Be careful when installing updates - it may be better to refrain.
Yes, and also - if the laptop is not turned off forcibly during the glitch treatment procedure, then nothing works because of the fact that it goes into fastboot mode instead of completely shutting down. Verified
Update:
Not all bullshit started again. Shit. Yesterday I drove - everything was ok, today everything is as before.
