Distribution of applications

Every day runs a procedure for collecting statistics on applications in which the driver participated. For each driver, the rating is updated once a week. The rating includes the last 100 applications in which the driver somehow participated (completed the application, was appointed and refused, etc.). This procedure collects the following data:
The number of requests made by the driver;
The number of completed applications for auto assignment;
The number of completed applications without contacting the operator;
The number of completed applications at peak hours (6: 00-8: 59 and 16: 00-18: 59);
The number of auto assignment failures;
The number of late refusals of applications;
The number of late refusals from preliminary applications;
The number of calls to the operator with the event "Call me" (In the driver's application, this action is activated by pressing the "Operator" button and selecting the "Call" item.);
The number of positive reviews;
The number of negative reviews;

The final rating of drivers in the system consists of two separate ratings:

Where is the rating used?
Driver rating is used when assigning to applications. Both on current and on preliminary.

The priority factor is the number by which the distance from you to the application is multiplied. The lower your priority ratio, the closer you are to the system to any application. Violation of the rules of work is:

1.5. Closing the application is not the full amount (if the client refused to surrender);

2.2. Late refusal of the application;
2.3. Refusal to pre-order less than 30 minutes before the appointed time without a valid reason;
2.4. Delay on pre-order by more than 10 minutes;
3. Unreasonable increase / decrease in the cost of the trip;
4. Incorrect communication with the client or operator;
5. Incorrect use of chat:
5.1. Use of profanity (mat);
5.2. Offers to sell alcohol and drugs;
5.3. Provocations for strikes, riots, etc .;
