The archive itself is the theme and the revised template (by ViK-soft) for SPB Weather.
In this template, instead of the lower temperature value (which is not available now. Gismeteo gives only one value), the value of the comfort temperature is taken. Keep this in mind!

I remind you that SPB Weather should be version not higher than 1.7.4.
