- What is SyncMyTracks?
This is an Android application used to synchronize your actions with the most popular sports event tracking services. A list of supported services can be found in SyncMyTracks

- How does export and import work?
Just entering the data (email and password) of both accounts, transactions are exported from one account to another, using GPX or TCX files.

- How does account synchronization work?
Just add the accounts you want to sync, and SyncMyTracks will make the sync. If you do a new action with any of your accounts, it is automatically synchronized with other accounts. In the application settings, you can set the time interval in which SyncMyTracks checks for new actions, or you can turn off automatic synchronization.

- What events are synchronized?
When you synchronize a new account, you can synchronize all actions (actions that have already been performed in the past and new actions that you will do in the future), or only new ones.

- What data is synchronized?
SyncMyTracks synchronizes action path information such as time, duration, distance, pace, and map. Also, the heart rate, rotational speed, power and temperature are synchronized when they are supported by various services.

- Can SyncMyTracks delete or change my actions in sync?
Never! SyncMyTracks simply adds actions to your accounts, it does not remove or modify the actions that you already have.

- Can SyncMyTracks duplicate my actions in sync?
SyncMyTracks prevents duplication of actions based on the start time of the action.

- Where are my email accounts and passwords stored?
SyncMyTracks saves this data on your mobile device. Passwords are stored using encryption. This data is used only to connect accounts.

- What is the difference between the free version and the paid version?
In the free version, account synchronization is not available. Only you can export and import your actions. In addition, in the free version you can export only the last 40 actions. The paid version contains no ads.

- Can you use export and import and synchronization with the same accounts?
Not recommended, it can create repetitive actions that are already synchronized.

- Can you use Facebook or Google+ to sign in and sync my accounts?
Not. You must use your email address and password. If the password is not set, you need to create it in the account settings.

- Is tracking of supported services supported, supported or supported by SyncMyTracks?
