Here, for example, a photo from Samsung note 7. 3.85 typ, 4.4 max.
On my note 3 pro, the battery charges at ~ 4.4, and after removing it from charging after 10 minutes, the voltage drops to ~ 4.2. About the same thing I saw on the olefon.
