I have a story, I took the second version with wireless charging in MTS. Over the night of 7-8 hours, the left earphone discharged the case by 7-10%. I called Apple support. We talked for a long time, switched to different departments of the support service, as a result, an answer was received that this should not be so and offered to bring to the ACS for diagnosis. After explaining the situation to the store, the employees said they heard something about it). We are waiting for an exchange for new ones. I was like acquaintances to find out how AirPods’ are discharged. Only when I indicated how the headphones behave when charging in a case, did people notice that the left earphone is constantly charging. In general, everyone has this with any version of the headphones. A week passed, my ears arrived, but in the version with the usual case. Made a refund. I went to another federal network there were the last ones, I took them. AirPods behave exactly the same. I am wondering if this support service is incompetent in question?
