An aggravation of the dispute takes place and the mediator requires me to prove that I am not involved in returning the package. Gives 5 days for this (although an official request for customs is considered 2 months). The seller is silent.
I cancel the dispute, I am waiting for the end of the protection period.
05.02 parcel in China and no one picks it up

2 business days before the end of the defense I open a dispute for a refund. I apply the same last 3 screenshots and links. Less than a day later, the mediator silently approved the return of 100% of the cost and after another 1.5 days the money was returned to the card.
During this time, the seller’s lot is no longer relevant, I can’t write a negative review on Ali (although the refund is made and the order is closed).

I do not recommend this store to anyone. A waste of time and nerves.Such a suspicion that the seller thus winds up the rating. The goods that do not comply with the accompanying documentation are sent and the customs seeing this unfolds the parcel home.
