And on the contrary, android.policy is not unpacked as it is written in the instructions and I also do not know how to achieve a positive result.

first you need to install
1) - Android SDK
2) - JDK (Java SE Development Kit)

3) - Notepad ++

Then readinstructionor any other topics from that on your links
And I completely forgot: your proxy is cloaked, in order to edit the system files it needs to be deodexed. The file consists of apk and odex, after deodexing the odex will be inside the apk file

Item reboot and recovery in the Power menu

This mod adds reboot and rekoveri items in the power menu
Installation:
We dump both files on the USB flash drive.
1) first install framework-res.apk (copy via rootExp to system, set permissions (rw-rr--)
Attached Image

then copy the file to the framework folder, agree to replace)
2) Reboot the device
3) odexer4_update.zip needs to be applied to CWM Recovery (install zip from sdcard ->chooze zip from sdcard)
After applying it, the odexer folder should appear on the sd card
it should be mod_odex.zip it also needs to be applied
You should end up with it.
Attached Image

PS We don’t pay attention to the blue font and blue icons (this is on my device this way)
To do strictly according to the instructions otherwise inevitable
This mod can only be installed if there is a CWM from the topic header.Firmware
Attached fileframework-res.apk(14.28 MB)

Attached fileodexer4_update.zip(1.88 MB)

ps by the way, this file also contains battery drawings

so what? but the indication is taken with the systemUI
it's easier to simply upload graphics files and explain that they can be changed through any archiver

Where can I get icons for the status bar to replace with standard ones ???

from other phones, from other themes with mods. Then replace with archiver (graphics can be)
Basically all statusbar indicators are in SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk
