I summarize - if some problems arise with the package (not sent, too long goes, lost, it came damaged, it didn't come, etc.), then it is not necessary to panic - you are protected, and most likely everything will be decided in your favor. However, the first thing is to try to solve with the seller. Specify him the disturbing question and wait for the answer. Keep in mind that most sellers live in other time zones, and they also have a family, work, things, so do not wait for an immediate answer - give a person 1-2 days. In the overwhelming majority of cases, the seller will respond and go to meet you - return the money, another lot will leave, etc. If there is no answer, repeat your question in a more rigid formulation. Silence again - there is already a reason to leave negative feedback (review), contact eBay or PayPal and create a dispute.
Simple disputes are solved quickly in favor of the buyer. But there are also complex - for example, instead of the phone you came a box with soap.
